A new bathroom or kitchen is more than swapping the fixtures you can see. Here is the work that happens before the finishes go in, on jobs all over Front Royal and the valley.
Re-pipe the space

Move the fixtures

Can you move a bathroom or kitchen to a different wall?
Yes. Moving a fixture means relocating both the supply and the drain, and when you move a drain the vent has to move with it or the system drains slow and gurgles. We handle all of it, supply, drain, and vent, so the toilet, sink, or shower lands exactly where the new layout wants it and still works the way it should. That vent piece is the part that gets skipped, and it is the part that causes problems later.
How long does the plumbing part of a remodel take?
It depends on the scope. A straight fixture swap is a day or less. A full bath that needs re-piping, a moved layout, and a relocated vent stack is usually one to a few days of plumbing work, scheduled around demo and before drywall. We give you a real timeline up front and stick to it so the rest of the trades can plan around us instead of waiting.
Do you pull permits and handle code?
We rough in remodel plumbing to meet Warren County and local code, and we make sure the work is ready for the rough-in inspection. We will sort out who is pulling the permit, you, your contractor, or us, before the job starts so there are no surprises.
